No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

I have been seeing him for the past 17 years (since I was 5) and I would never go anywhere else. He is a wonderful provider and has great staff as well. They are always accomodating and go out of their way to make you sure you are taken care of.
