Walked into the office in pain - floated out on cloud 9! Almost like a spa experience with a thoughtful, confident, and capable doctor treating you like family. Not just chiro practic and acupuncture, but instruments to massage and loosen up your back, Then a rolling table followed by the ultra-relaxing aquamassage! All of this with an eclectic art collection which is a treat for your eyes! So much to look at plus gentle essential oil mist in the air and the most relaxing natural music. A treat for all of your senses. From the time you are happily greeted in reception until you leave (feeling transformed), a truly unexpected experience. I've been back over and over...and will continue into the future. Not because I "need" to go but because I "want" to. Go there! Trust me, you won't regret it. Quick note: it may be a bit pricier than other practices, but those other practices "adjust" you and push you out the door. You almost wonder what just happened? At Old Towne Wellness, you know what happened and you want to come back.

Absolutely the best chiropractor office I have ever seen! When you walk in the door, Holly smiles and greets you by name every time. She quickly manages the paperwork, payments and keeps you informed as to how long it will take for you to be seen (which is usually really close to right on time). Dr. Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced. He makes you feel at home and offers many kinds of treatments over and above the typical chiropractic adjustment. Nothing snobby or looking down his nose at you like you can get from other doctors. He treats you like a real person and that really helps when you are hurting physically. He goes out of his way to accommodate if your schedule is hard. When you're in pain, they'll get you in real fast! I highly recommend!!!!

My experience with Olde Towne Wellness was wonderful. I couldn't find the building right away and when I called Kitty walked me through the directions and stood outside until I arrived. Dr. Hennessey was the best chiropractor that I have seen locally.
