Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Even though I never actually received care directly from Wagner since he had a broken arm at the time he seemed like he knew what he was talking about however his office staff are a bunch of liers. First they came to my work and said our first visit was free. So I went to my first and only visit and it went well but they took down all my info including my insurance just to "check my coverage". They did more than that. They charged my insurance to the tune of over $500 and when I challenged them they said "oh we meant it was free to you". Meaning no out of pocket but that only my insurance would be charged. I explained that it is money out of my pocket since I have an HRA which is a finite amout of money. Now I'm out that money and can't go to the doctor for the rest of the year. Anthem even called them to ask for the reimbursement and that was obviously ignored too. BTW they claimed to my insurance that they performed OT and PT. What a joke. Very fraudulent operation. Watch your back around them. Rude office staff after I complained. X-ray machine is scary. No protection to your vital reproductive organs. If I could give zero stars I would.

My usual chiropractor was out of town, so I visited this chiropractor for an adjustment. I was adjusted in this office and a few hours later rushed to the emergency room with violent, vertigo-related vomiting and nausea along with a fever. I called this chiropractor in an emergency situation and he could not schedule me in for an appointment to attempt to perform a 'quick fix' to correct the issue. I later returned to my usual chiropractor, thousands of dollars later and he confirmed that I had been maladjusted which resulted in vagus nerve symptoms. Upon attempt for a refund of the visit, the office never followed up. I have been seeing chiropractor for over 15 years and this experience was scary.
