The staff is unprofessional. Called several times and was either not called back or they were booked and I was not offered a time in the future. AND I was not sent to another person. Front staff in effort to be friendly often is loud and ignores other patients. Office is cluttered, paperwork is laying around with PRIVATE INFO on it. Cobwebs and dust were in the exam rooms. Dr Bryan was in a hurry, would not answer questions, was curt and not very pleasant to deal with. He was done with appointment and scurried into office without taking time to answer questions. Came out and interrupted staff answering some questions to answer his. He seems knowledgeable yet he was unwilling to treat what I needed treatment for which BTW the next chiropractor said needed treatment asap (that day!) They do have on site xray though I did not need it. He is fixated on one type of method and is unwilling to discuss why other methods are not appropriate for conditions.
Dr Bryan is not a very kind Dr, has EXTREMELY limited hours of operation, is not available by phone for other Drs to confer with, his staff is unprofessional and rude, billing is slow, they are messy and cluttered and there are children stepping over files. So much for HIPPA in this office. I WOULD NOT refer my enemy here. OH and the massage is a joke-too much talking and only does one type, never asks what is bothering you and doesn't focus on one area.

The office is cold or hot in the treatment rooms depending on the season. It is extremely hard to get an appointment with the Dr and he is NOT available to talk to about your condition if you have a question. The staff will not give him messages and have him call you back. Front staff is extremely obnoxious and opinionated, abrasive and loud and does not follow HIPPA guidelines. Other reviewers thought "Gina" was funny and nice, she is loud and doesn't lower her voice on the phone or in person to keep things private. Kris is always late with billing. They advertise that their office is state of the art yet I found it to be old and outdated. Dr rushed through treatment and didn't listen. He does a good job on adjustments but has an agenda on how things should be and won't change. No qualified massage person on site, massages there are mediocore at best. I believe the positive rankings to be false.

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

Doctor Bryan is the most comprehensible doctor I have ever gone to see. He explained every part of what was going on with me and patiently answered every question I could think of. I was impressed with his extended education and his ability to recommend exercises I could do at home to improve my condition. I have seen other chiropractors before, but not one of them ever did the exercises with me and explained exactly what they were being recommended for!

His office staff is beyond friendly, they sincerely greet me with warmth by name and walked me through all the insurance questions I had. Gina is cheerful and funny and the office manager Kris is an absolute ball of sunshine. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and there is a very nice area for children with a video player, crayons and some toys.

I've been looking for a good chiropractor for a while and I can't believe how much I've lucked out. I intend to recommend Doctor Bryan to all my friends and family.
