It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
