Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
