I went due to a hip issue. I visited for treatments as needed and I followed his dietary advice, avoiding sugar and white flour....a big change, but doable and so worth it. I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off for over a year. I have a new, permanent lifestyle of eating and I don't crave sugary foods like I used to. He gets the credit for me walking again, feeling the best I have in years.
