I am so thankful Dr. Robson really sat down and showed me my problem, and told me exactly what to do to take care of it. It was refreshing to have a Doctor actually be direct and confident. And he was totally right - I followed his recommendations and I feel 100 times better now, plus it ended up being easy to pay for. I've already sent my mom and dad to see him and recommend Dr. Robson to everyone now!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
