I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The office was easy enough to find. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.
