Dr Bassett is very kind and accommodating. The office staff is cheerful, uplifting and helpful. The incoming exam is extremely thorough and the followup treatment has been very good.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but Loren Bassett, D.C. was extremely careful.
