They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
