From the very start, all of my questions and concerns were answered. The degree of professionalism is beyond what I expected or have recieved in the past. I was adjusted with ease, and no one tried to sell me an ice pack or vitamins.

My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. She has a blog with great information. One friend sent me her online newsletter. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will referr all of my friends and family to this chiropractor. Dr. Crider listened to my concerns, did a full exam, and adjusted. She is very qualified, and gentle. This practice is customer satisfaction driven. You cannot get better customer service in the Atlanta area.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
