First they made no adjustments on my initial visit. During the consultation she pointed out several areas which needed to be corrected in my spine. The next visit which was slated for adjustments to be made they took my insurance card. Which I am covered for adjustments. They were unable to verify my insurance during that day and told me to pay out of pocket. The doctor which was to make the adjustments stated that she left my Xrays at home but could make some adjustments however, the other discrepancies which were pointed out in the previous apointment before any x-rays were taken needed to be x-rayed before she would make any adjustments.

Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
