I have used chiropractic adjustment for 56 years for various blows, falls, and strains from various physical endeavors and accidents. Without those adjustments I would never have been able to recover quickly. While living on Okinawa in 1983 I was introduced to a Japanese Acupuncturist who was at a level above anyone I had previosly known. Being blind and with only his hands he was able to find all the skeletal problems U.S. doctors had found on x-rays. The acupuncturist corrected my problems completely in 3 visits. Returning to the U.S. I lost the acupuncturist's services, and had to use chiropractors from time to time until I discovered Dr. McGinnus. Dr. Tim has been on a level with the blind acupuncturist, but using his eyes to watch body reactions to find problems and uses a "no hurt" approach to make body adjustments. He has a sincere care approach to helping patients, and with his help and my regular attention to stretching exercises I've been mobile and pain free. For me he is better than medications, a source of pain relief, and always a joy to see at his office. His tutorage would be priceless for pain management and consistent with a holistic approach to health, and his approach is preventive more than reactive. He's a step-up.

No other chiropractor has ever helped my situation like Dr. Tim. I have to drive from Sedalia, Mo. for my adjustment which is not convenient, but no one else has helped AT ALL except Dr. McGinnis.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. His work to some may seem unorthodox, but if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and the run-around of conventional medicine, then you are ready to be helped by Dr. Tim.
