Their equipment probably needs an update. During my adjustment, I noticed that it seemed rather old and possibly unsafe. They have never misdiagnosed me, but sometimes they seem confused. I feel like maybe they aren't sure what the source of my pain is. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.
