They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They don't treat you like a number, but an individual with personal issues, and take the necessary time to treat your specific needs.

There is a reason it might be difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Spinard - it is because she is in such high demand. I guess cloning herself might be a good idea...but then we would need three of her. I and my family have been enjoying her practice for over 25 years for a good reason -- she knows her stuff.
