Dr. Spinard is excellent at what she does. She's a precious resource for the area, which has few (if any) thinking, caring doctors. She's also thoughtful when it comes to finding other resources, outside her scope. For example, she diagnosed our daughter correctly, OVER THE PHONE! It was a life-threatening illness, that the doctor at the ER had missed. I immediately took our daughter to another doctor for tests, and it turned out Dr. Spinard's hunch was right. All this for no extra pay. She and her staff are amazing.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They were extremely careful

No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment.
. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I had, After 12 years of a stiff neck Lorraine was able to help me and stop the pain and give me back the ability to move my neck. THANK YOU.
