They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
