I am 28 years old and a registered nurse of almost 7 years. Turning heavy patients a lifting them has really taken a toll on my lower back. There are other contributing factors such as poor body mechanics and heavy squatting at the gym. I thought that staying active and stretching would heal myself but after 2 years of pain radiating down my legs, mostly now my right, I finally found relief. After one visit with Carla I noticed an absence the next day in my lower back pain and I had no radiating pain down my leg.
Usually, leg day after the gym would aggravate my pain and the burning would come back which would set the pace for the whole week but today (the day after my appointment with Carla) I was able to do legs and had not a single ounce of pain. I am very thankful to have found a therapy I will be sticking to and one that works! Thanks Carla!

Carla has done wonders for my husband after a back injury. He was skeptical but she quickly changed his opinion of chiropractic medicine. The combination of stim, massage, stretching and exercise plan vastly improved what was very slow recovery. He's convinced and so am I that we will use her in the future and recommend her.

Wow! Dr. Spinelli is a life changer. My wife and I have been totally transformed physically by Dr. Spinelli. We no longer have stiff nicks, achy backs or headaches. Her knowledge of the spinal column and muscles are second to none - thank you Dr. for allowing us to live an active lifestyle!

If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! Dr. Spinelli is so friendly and welcoming. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. She has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. She has called me before or after hours, or on her day off, to check on my progress or follow up on a referral she made. Putting customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was confident that she was using the latest treatment methods. She is an excellent listener and has always given me noticeable results.

I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. Carla is very personable and competent. She deserves all the recommendations in the world. She definitely cares about her patients. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed Carla was. She was able to answer all my questions. I am relaxed and relieved after each visit. Her treatments never hurt, unlike other chiropractors I have been to.
