Dr. Bell has very gentle hands. I have been pain free in my neck for over a year now! He gave me exercises to do to keep my neck in great shape! I would recommend him to everyone! Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

After spending 25 minutes filling out new patient paperwork, I was informed they cancelled my appointment. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Personally, I will not go back to Dr. Ball.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
