I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

Their staff is very friendly. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience very pleasant. Dr. Bartman took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very caring. I had a nice hand massage too!

Dr. Bartman made sure every single question I had was answered. Her staff is very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Bartman was very professional, and made the whole experience that much better.
