By far, the best decision I have ever made for my animals. Dr. Barrett and her assistant(s) have always been so kind and have given superior care. She responds immediately, brings her equipment to my house so I do not have to get off of work and then travel to the vet office I am thrilled to recommend Dr. Barrett. She educates me at every step. We discuss medications and why she is putting them on them and also offers preventative care as well. She has medicine to dispense to us immediately as well. You DO NOT have to be on the island, she goes throughout the Charleston area......I am so lucky to have met Dr. Barrett!

We are so grateful to have found Dr. Barrett of Island Veterinary Care to care for our pets in our home. She and her technician pay attention to every detail of veterinary service, going way above and beyond with their compassion and professionalism. No doubt they will make many pet owners and pets in this area very happy, as we are. Their goodie bag of treats and toys for our "kids" was also greatly appreciated.
