Irma changed my life with EMDR. I recommend her to everyone I know. Her schedule is very accommodating, communication excellent, and rates are fair. I used her cash rate for my sessions which made the process affordable - the last thing I wanted was to stress about being able to afford the help I needed. Her location is conveniently located. She felt more like a friend than a therapist, which is why she’s so good. It’s really easy to open up to her.
