I hired Gretchen for massage after being in her yoga class and enjoying her approach. Gretchen gave me 1 massage and all seemed well and it was great! I then hired her for a massage for back issues and at the end of my time she asked me if I wanted a package of them. I agreed because of the discount and paid her via check the full amount up front. Sadly, Gretchen was difficult to book claiming many personal excuses, and only ended up coming to give me the massage after I threatened to cancel the check. At the last massage of the package she said I owed her more money since my package had expired the previous massage. She not only lied and committed fraud, but she was adamant about being paid. At that point I wanted her out of my house so I paid her and that’s the last I saw of her. Apparently this is a trend of hers so this review is my way of helping others...
