This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The environment is very professional and clean. However, most importantly this review is for Alex.
He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am walking now without a limp thanks to him and his staff. My therapist was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Whenever any new ache or pain arose he knew exactly why it happened and helped me. I actually enjoyed going to PT.

They don't have private rooms but they do have a curtain partition that makes me feel like it is just me and the therapist.It was somewhat encouraging to see everyone else working as hard as I was. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. They created a fantastic program for me and I was able to get better almost immediately. After leaving the office I felt so much better and couldn't wait to come back and have another session. The Physical Therapist was very friendly. And I felt like I was in great hands.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He was nice and easy to talk to, he was pleasant and thorough. He did a full assessment and told me what to do in order to get better. Overall, the staff was very nice and patient I had a great experience and look forward to coming back

They gave me a couple of exercises I could do at home to help me recover, but not very many. They didn't seem to know too many exercises I could do at home. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I could tell they are really dedicated to patient comfort because their waiting room chairs were some of the most comfortable and high quality chairs I have seen in a physical therapist's office. I knew if their waiting room chairs were any indication of the quality of therapy and care I would receive, then I was in good hands.
