I would highly recommend New Horizons Physical Therapy! I went in to see Dale Woolbright for terrible shoulder pain that I had dealt with for most of my adult life. He discovered that it was actually a nerve in my neck that was causing my pain. Over the course of one summer he was able to eliminate my pain through a combination of exercises and traction. He not only eased the pain, he taught me how to treat myself so that I can deal with any recurrences on my own at home. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and facilities at New Horizons!

This place is amazing. I had my doubts when I went in (I have TMJ and I didn't think u could use therapy on ur jaw and have it work) but the improvement in my sleep in just the first visit alone was amazing! Dale Woolbright definitely knew what he was doing. And the one on one consultation was great. He personalized my physical therapy needs with exercises that fit what I need. There was no talk about how most people were treated. He only discussed how he was going to treat me.
I recommend New Horizons Physical Therapy to anybody. If u need good care go here.

I highly recommend New Horizons Physical Therapy. Staff is always super friendly and helpful! I have been treated here for a few different issues that I have had, Dale Woolbright and Jessica Farrel have both treated me and have done a fantastic job! They are always there to help you get better as quickly as possible and helpful with anything you need. Next time you need Physical Therapy I would suggest this place!

This is one of the best physical therapy places I have attended. Very friendly and very helpful. Dale Woolbright, PT and owner, is superb and understanding. Another PT, Jessica Farrel, also very good when Dale wasn't available. The receptionist, Desirea, at the front desk who greets you was efficient in scheduling and also friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable. They give excellent reports to the physician who refers you to their place. I advised future patients to be "on time" as delays others who in need to be served. The New Albany location is very convenient as it is in a building that serves other medical needs and is near many shopping stores, gas stations, etc.
