The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly for my knee problem, and scheduled for surgery quickly as well. I'm very happy with the results of my treatment.

My overall experience with Dr brown was pretty good for a first time major surgery. The staff seem to go out of the way to make sure your feeling OK with everything and anything you need to get better. I would definitely recommend and come back to Dr brown.

My unfortunate circumstances have brought me twice to treatment with Dr. Brown. He and his staff seem very capable and are very nice but too busy!!

I feel that Dr. Brown did an excellent job during my knee surgery. He was swift to diagnose and I received first-rate treatment. I felt that I was given exemplary care and Dr.Brown took the time to listen to my concerns. Both of my experiences, in the office and hospital were positive and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

The entire staff has been exceptional throughout Karen's treatment. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgeable and considerate and we couldn't be happier with the quality of care that our daughter has received.

I recently had surgery on my left shoulder, repairing the torn labrum. My first visit to finger lakes bone and joint center was great, I was in great pain after my accident and was taken to Schuyler hospital and nothing was done with my dislocated shoulder. When I was taken in at finger lakes bone and joint center they new exactly what was wrong with my shoulder. Since then surgery went great and everything is progressing

I like Dr brown' he takes the time to go over whatever questions I have, I do not feel rushes. The staff is pleasant as well.
