Thank you Dry Ha to give my confidence smile back, after through all the year I have lost confidence to smile. The office modern, clean and upscale with high digital technology. This is my last primary Dentist.

I had a very bad experience with Ha. He seems focused on money not patient care. He didn't explain things. He did a poor job. He charged more than I was told up front, even though he actually did less. I am only writing this to dissuade others from accidentally making a mistake when picking a new dentist.

Ha seems inexpensive. That's why I went to him. But he's not really, and I got poor care and an unpleasant experience.

By the way, I have doubts about the five star reviews on here, two on the same day, both over the top--claiming Ha changed their lives. The two share the same writing style and grammatical errors.

I had a broken front tooth from a result of a major car accident. I was terrified!!! Thankfully, Dr. Ha was recommended to me from one of my good friends. After a comprehensive consultation, Dr. Ha reassured that he can regain my front tooth back for me. Dr. Ha placed an implant to replace my front tooth. Now I can smile without my hand covering my mouth. I am very pleased with all the work and commitment that Dr. Ha has provided.

Extremely satisfied with my treatment at this facility.
Dr Ha is very proffessional, humble, and he explained me in details my medical condition , treatment strategy and the steps to follow. I had a cavity filling, two porcelaine crowns and cleaning. All of them with very successful results, great price and was attended exactly on time according to my three appointments.
The assistants and the hygienist were very nice, friendly and took very good care of me.
The office is nice and clean. i strongly recommend it.

I came in for two very simple things: to replace a filling that had just come out and to have a regular teeth cleaning. Without explanation, Dr. Ha filed down my tooth, and filed the tooth above it. He then said the nerve was near the surface and I may have pain, and to come in and give him more business if do--a root canal. It's been two weeks and I cannot chew on that side comfortably. He also refused to provide the cleaning I was promised--unless I paid $600+ for a below-the-gum scaling. He did not return my calls about the discomfort. Or about the regular cleaning I am owed. He charged me double for the filling because it touched two teeth. (His new filling also came out before I left the office and he had put another in.) And he charged me a fee before he would give me my records to take to a different dentist. (You better believe I'm going somewhere else.) Further, while in the chair I was treated like a non-person. He and assistant talked to each other about Ha's yoga and the culturally loud Hispanic office staff, which they disparaged for being "like monkeys." And when I experienced pain--moved suddenly because of a sharp pain--Ha seemed amused. Last, despite the fact that his education came from a well-known school, he was unable to explain why teeth may be damaged below the gum line when someone has gum disease. The explanation I found on WebMD was very simple and somewhat at odds with Ha's partial explanation. The pros: The office is clean. Staff person Maria is very nice and professional. (Monica not so much.)

They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
