Dr. Apryl Garcia’s Bottletree Animal Hospital is one of the most exceptional animal care centers in Oxford. Dr. Garcia and her entire staff are extremely dedicated to the care and well being of your pets. Dr. Garcia is the only veterinarian that performs animal acupuncture in this area. Having witnessed its benefits for my 15-year-old geriatric cat I am sold. I have 8 cats and 3 dogs in my family and I wouldn’t have anyone else care for them. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!
I recently moved all four of my yorkies to Bottletree Animal Hospital and have been extremely pleased with the care and advice provided. Dr. Garcia went to great lengths to show me the clinic and discuss her beliefs in the treatment of the animals. I have been in several times since the original meeting and have been treated with the utmost respect and my furbabies are doing much better since beginning at this clinic. I would recommend to anyone.
The Bottletree Animal Hospital has a very good staff, all are willing to help you. This hospital is very professional and will do everything they can to improve you pets health. We had a older small dog with a back problem and we thought that acupuncture would be a good alternative besides surgery. Like magic, she has started to walk, getting better after a few acupuncture treatments. I would recommend this hospital to anyone with a pet.
Dr. Apryl Garcia is the kindest veterinarian I've ever met! She saw my ferret a few days ago and was so wonderful. It means the world to me that she took such good care of my baby, and the visit was relatively cheap besides! Her clinic fee was a third of the cost of the next cheapest vet for ferrets. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with Bottletree and would not trust any other clinic to care for my pets. I wish I could give them more than five stars, they deserve a hundred!!!
I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them at the time I want on the day I want. My baby had a cyst on his tail and needed his teeth cleaned. Dr. Garcia and her staff are excellent. They made sure he was not in pain and explained what to expect during his recovery. I had to call her late in the evening and she told me what I needed to do and did not seem fazed by the late call. Office is clean and vet staff is friendly. When scout came home from surgery he was awake, not groggy and in no pain..a huge plus for me. We found our new vet!
I was given an appointment the same day I called. The clinic is easy to find, well designed, very clean, no foul smells, and it also provides pamphlets and magazines to read while waiting. They even provide toys and books for children to play with, which is nice since I had to bring my four year old. The staff was so sweet to me, my daughter, and my puppy. My wait time was not unreasonable. Dr. Garcia and the staff seem very professional and they seem to really enjoy what they do. Dr. Garcia was so helpful and answered all of my questions. She performed a very thorough exam on my puppy and was so gentle with him. They called promptly with results from labs that were taken from the visit and were very informative on the medicine that I was to give to my puppy. Prices are very reasonable, also. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. We will continue to use Bottletree for all of our animal's needs!
The entire staff is pleasant & helpful every time! We had a stray kitten that we weren't prepared to treat. They were not only very reasonably priced, but even showed us the most affordable way to continue care.
I brought my dog in because it had been limping for a couple days and thought he might have broken something. I called, was given an appointment, and seen all in the same day. However, I do not expect this always to be the case as there business explodes once everyone finds out how great they are. So I brought my pooch in. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The facility is very clean and excellent from the design to the simple yet functional and comfortable interior furnishings and decoration. One cool thing is that they had great local art all over the walls that were for sale. Okay back to the visit. I explained the situation and was seen by a vet tech who stayed with me until Dr. Garcia could come in. Once Dr. Garcia got there I could tell how dedicated she was to making sure my visit was a pleasurable experience. While listening to me explain what had happened she gave my dog a quick and thorough "once-over" which included checking his joints which I thought was a nice touch. In five minutes she had narrowed it down to a toe on one of his front feet. Instead of ordering a x-ray and racking up a nice bill for herself she just explained that he had probably sprained it and after some friendly chatting sent me home with an anti-inflammatory. As long as I'm in Oxford I won't take my dog anywhere else.
