I am always seen at my appointment time. Nancy is very accommodating to my bi-weekly appointment schedule. She always tries to get me in as soon as possible. I was very comfortable the entire time. She answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush my appointment at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
