A kind and compassionate therapist who is highly skilled in dealing with people who suffer from trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. Dr. Jackson uses IFS (parts therapy) and EMDR along with other modalities. She helped me work through childhood and adult trauma in less than 3 years. I still see her once a month if anything should come up. Dr. Jackson is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She always stays updated on the latest therapy developments.

I got the feeling of genuine concern and the compassion to accept my experiences as subtenant.
I also was leave feeling refreshed and prepare to face my fears.
Through my sessions I feel stronger and more at peace.
I encourage others to experience the relief of internal peace I receive from the Doctor's guidance.
