Dr. Kelly and his staff are some of the most knowledgeable and attentive eye specialists I have ever encountered. They are amazing at what they do and are highly concerned about the needs of their patient. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and believe he operates his office with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. I am so glad that I found him to help me with addressing my vision problems. I see better than ever before now! Thank you Dr. Kelly!
I am very disappointed with Dr. Kelly. I went in wanting to start wearing contacts. My eye exam with him was all total of 5 minutes. He never looked into my eyes, just "so called" checked my vision. I was shown how to put in and and take out the contacts, even how to clean them. But they never never fit correctly. Could hardly see out of them with my day to day activities. I contacted them and had to make a second trip to Shreveport to get them adjusted. I was then told I had Mono-vision. The left eye was never right, I went days with no contact in my left eye. I was so aggravated I went to see another Dr @ Louisiana Eye & Laser. And I was told my Rx was completely wrong. I have the correct Rx in and I can see perfectly out of both eyes. I expect Kelly Eye Care to give me a full refund for my office visit, extra trip to Shreveport and the glasses I ordered that has the wrong Rx. And also; I was told that I have the early stages of cataracts. Which he should caught, if he had ever looked into my eyes, which he never did.
This was the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. My regular eye doctor was unavailable and so I went to him in a pinch. He did not take my vision insurance, which is the school board’s insurance for my parish. I paid over $300 out of pocket for glasses and the prescription was wrong. I went back and the original doctor’s father saw me and said it was correct.he was quite smug about his son and the eye exam. NEVER AGAIN! After weeks of fighting this prescription I went to my regular doctor who to,d me it was totally wrong. So I was stuck buying. Ore glasses. Now I sit with $300 of useless glasses.
