Went to this doctor in the NWA Mall in Fayetteville. He was very arrogant and rude. He did not work with me to try and get my contacts tweaked to where I could see clearly. When I called back to see about getting them tweaked a little I was told I would be charged another exam fee... would NOT recommend this doctor who is located next to Lenscrafters!

Check with insurance before visiting this office, and be ready for a staff that will avoid all pricing questions until the end of the visit.

Went to see this Dr. in Fort Smith at Central Mall. Told his staff I would be paying cash. I turn ny reciepts in and work reimburses me. She kept pressing me for Medical Insurance information. I would not give it. When we got back to the room with the Dr. He gruffly told me to put away cell phone. I promptly turned it off and put it in my pocket. I tried to try to explain to him I was calling accounting dept at work to find out information requested by his receptionist. He kept interrupting me and gruffly asked two or three times what he could do for me. I got up and said I had wanted an Eye exam but you people are rude. I left the building.

They are so rude here and totally not friendly. I'm surprised they get any business. I didn't care much for the waiting area chairs at this eye care facility. They were not the most comfortable. Their equipment was pretty old by the looks of it. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for asking questions. Now they are located at Central Mall in Fort Smith. I believe this doctor might be a scammer just taking as many patients as possible to get claims in. His eye exams are less than a minute.
