I can't comment on the competency of the business. However, one of company's employees became involved in an elderly patient's personal business, with no knowledge or facts on the topic. A registered letter was sent to the attention of Dr. Ferman with pertinent information. Delivery was refused. Two emails have been sent as well. No response. This business could be the most competent technically. However, it's irresponsible to refuse correspondence regarding patients in addition to unprofessional to ignore emails. Thus, I would never recommend them to anyone.
