My experience was wonderful. I did not expect to have such a calming and pleasant experience with a doctor's appointment. The entire staff was super! I am very pleased with the service I received at Berkeley Eye Center.

Dr. McCauley and his team are amazing. I have had vision problems since I was 8 years old. I am now 71. I never realized just how much I had been missing until I had my cataract surgery. My vision was so bad I could not drive at night, a virtual prisoner in my home. Now with the correction of my vision, removing the cataracts on both eyes, I will be back on the road again. Since I live in a secluded area I was under such stress just by knowing if there were an emergency at night calling for me to leave I would have been stranded with no help. Thank You again Dr. McCauley.

The Berkeley Eye Center staff was courteous, and they performed a stress free exam. I felt well taken care of, and Dr. McCauley discussed my eye health. Then I bought new glasses on location. The ladies helped me chose a style and color, and I appreciated their attentiveness. It was a great experience overall.

My doctors @ Berkeley (The Woodlands) never cease to impress; actually the whole staff is fantastic, but Dr. Miller and Dr. McCauley have changed my opinion of eye doctors. A thorough consultation, answered all my questions (my wife's too) and the process could not have been easier. It was complete in less than one hour and by dinner that night, my vision was better than it had ever been and way better than I expected. It's been 10 days now and I'm still astounded by the improved definition and clarity.

There are many choices for LASIK surgery in the area, but if you want an exceptional experience from start to finish Berkeley Eye Center in the Woodlands is the only choice. Dr. Varnell was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during my exams since I've waited 25yrs to finally have LASIK done. Dr. McCauley did my surgery and the peace I received as he asked if I had wanted him to pray with me before my surgery that confirmed I was at the right place. The staff are wonderful and compassionate and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for giving me back my sight.

This was the most relaxing "operation" I have ever had. The staff made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and always made sure I had everything I needed. Cindy, the LASIK counselor was BEYOND amazing. Dr. Varnell was very attentive to my needs and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Dr. McCauley was the one that did my actual procedure, and his calm words made me feel at ease. They gave me an option to have him say a prayer with me before the surgery. I was in tears. This was the BEST thing I have ever done, with the BEST that I could have do it. I will always refer everyone to Berkeley Eye Center.
