Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Technician and Dr. McCauley took their time to get to know my issues and explained everything in detail. Waited a little longer than I anticipated to be seen but all went smoothly once I got into a room.

Back after my second cataract and lens implant surgery by Dr. McCauley, his staff and Caplan Surgery Center. The same results as the first eye, 20/20 vision less than 24 hours after surgery. As those in this age group can attest, the quality of life differential is tremendous and immediate. Dr. McCauley, Dr. Miller, Shannon Ellis the Surgery Counselor, and the rest of the staff has not one weak link in the system. Each is cordial, knowledgeable, helpful, and guide you through the process seamlessly. Anyone looking for quality eye care, LOOK NO FURTHER. This group is simply the best in the business from top to bottom.

I had eye surgery this week and was very pleased with the excellent care and attention Dr. McCauley and his staff gave me. They made sure I completely understood the surgery procedures and the post-op care details. A great Christian and doctor!

Excellent care given and genuine people who really showed me that they want my eyes to be healthy after cataract surgery. I highly recommend Berkley and especially Dr. McCauley and his staff.

Very professional and friendly staff. The equipment/instruments are the most up-to-date possible. Felt i was in very competent and caring hands. Dr. McCauley and Dr. Varnell took a genuine interest in my surgery. Actually looked forward to the surgery on the other eye....lol...Very pleased with the result.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The staff member who scheduled me was awesome! She worked me in on a special case basis. Dr. McCauley was very nice and his assistant, as well. There was a little bit longer wait than expected but Christina Mayorga, optician, made up for the delay. She went to special lengths to accommodate me in making the right choice to fit my needs. Two thumbs up!

Excellent! Dr Miller referred me to Dr. McCauley for lens implants. It was the best experience in my life... Dr. McCauley gave me the gift of perfect eyesight. I was in tears! The entire office was caring, attentive and professional! Dr. McCauley was excellent and such a caring doctor. Thank you BerkleyEye!!!
