Back in 2/13/2015 my wife called to see if we were in network and they took are insurance numbers to check.Later that day they called back and said we were in network.To later find out we were not in network.Now they have taken us to collection. at the 2nd visit I was waiting and overheard 2 women deciding who was going to tell me. One woman finally came over to talk to me, after waiting for 15 minutes. she said we were not in their network and she gave away all my other appts. No phone calls were made prior to me coming up. now you want us to pay for the first visit, and you were the ones who verified that we were in network. I wish I could mark no stars.
