Buyer beware. You first clue to the WLC weight loss plan is to sign a NO MONEY BACK form. Here's your sign. I called to say that I felt lightheadedness and was told its fine. I called again to say it didnt go away days later and that im constantly bloated and have diarrhea almost everyday still no concern its normal. Finally after 10 days I lost 7 lbs but I was tired of feeling bad so I called again and said I just cant take it something doesnt agree with me and all they said was I signed a waiver so I cant get my money back. Seems to me the only concern is to sell the products but not back them. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

Caring, understanding, amazing Staff, the deep laser tissue therapy is extremely beneficial, I found that it works best in conjunction with the DRX Machine. The spinal decompression is very soothing, and with time it helps ease the discomfort.
The more times you use the DRX machine the more healing time it gives the spine. I found the therapy extremely beneficial for my herniated discs.

I joined the weight loss group a year ago and have never been so disappointed. Dr Rouhana was very quick to take my money and then disappear. He would not return phone call to questions that I had. I should have known that anyone that talks as fast as he does is up to no good. I should have gone with my intuition and left with my money in my pocket. I guess live and learn.

The information about the program and follow up was unclear. They billed me for procedures that I did not have and I have been fighting with them for six months to get a credit for the procedures that I never had. As for the weight loss program it is a do it yourself program with no follow up or accountability. It is extremely expensive and all you receive is a 30-45 minute consultation, vitamins that could be purchased over the counter, and a book with a few meal ideas. When you call for help or assistance you receive a run around, vague answers, and their "words of wisdom" ... we explain everything, you have to be smart enough to tell us if you do not understand.

I was a patient of Dr. Rouhana's practice for about a year several years ago when he was on Riverside Drive and when he moved to the new building on Main St, Johnson City. I had a herniated disk (shown on MRI) with back pain and sciatica extending down the left leg. I was started immediately (first visit) on the DRX-9000 Spinal Decompression machine, after seeing a commercial on late night TV. We started a program of therapy that started off at 3 times a week, and tapered off to 2 times a week, once a week, once every 2 weeks, once a month, and then I stopped therapy. I was also doing inter-segmental traction (aka Roller Bed -- loved this therapy -- almost bought my own IST machine), hot or cold packs, and TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) on the lower back. I also bought two bottles of supplements that they recommended and took all of those. I haven't been back in several years. From my research, I believe my herniated eventually resorbed after therapy, hydration, weight loss, and supplementation. I've described this therapy to others with similar complaint. If this problem arises again from spinal arthritis, aging, heavy lifting (poor body mechanics), or DDD (degenerative disk disease), I would not hesitate to see Dr. Rouhana and start therapy again. Note: The DRX-9000 has a cervical component that I did not use for pain in the neck and on downward in the body, for example, arms. I hope I never have this malady, but is good to know that the therapy is available. I highly recommend this practice for the aforementioned reasons. The staff was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. If you become a patient, I hope you have similar success with your treatment(s).
