I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
