I called Dr. Catherine Kowalski's office at 8:40 on a Saturday morning for my husband, a new patient. We were given a 9 a.m. appointment. From the moment we got there, I knew we were in a good place. The woman who took our info introduced herself - Maureen - and asked me my first name. I don't ever remember that happening in a medical office. When we saw the doctor, she spent a lot of time, after looking over my husband's MRI, explaining exactly what was wrong, how she could help, and what other kinds of doctors we should see. She answered every question we had. Her staffer Irene -- who also asked me my name and introduced herself -- did an ultrasound treatment and she couldn't have been nicer. I felt like these were people who really cared and were committed to helping. Brava!
