They have terrible customer service. They either take days to respond or don't follow up. I bought a $1000 Transcend CPAP one month ago. I am completely disappointed in the product. I have only had it one month and the humidifier chamber is leaking. Three days ago I took it into them to have it replaced because it is under warranty. They said they would contact the company and get me a new one right away. Three days later and it hasn't been cared for at all. It has NOT been ordered yet. My health is suffering due to this. It's completely unacceptable. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
