The gentleman brought oxygen tanks and the oxygen machine to our house and everything was all set up and ready to go when my wife got home from the hospital. He was very friendly and helpful explaining to me how to change out the tanks and run the house oxygen machine. He was, also, very neat in appearance.

The delivery man was incredibly knowledgeable and patient even though it was 10 pm on Friday after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, nothing else has worked properly. The oxygen concentrator is incredibly noisy, not to be stood. It can be heard throughout the 1600 square foot house. We called over a week ago to get a shower chair, they called back and said they would be out shortly, and nada since. The one regulator they supplied for the portable and o2 concentrator leaks so the time supplied on the portables is questionable.
