Avoid if at all possible. Customer service doesn't service the customer. 2 1/2 years ago, Mother fell ill and needed a wheelchair (purchased), a bed and other equipment (rented). Erratic billing ensued, without details provided. I try to get clarity by phone, but achieve confusion, instead. Write letters asking for billing details such as: how much did the insurance pay and how much total do we owe? No response, except past due notices threatening collections. Late that year, my very patient sister (who is in the medical field) spent hours extracting what she was told would be a final payment-in-full amount. We paid; they reneged, sending another bill. I sent a certified letter to their CEO and got not one peep of a reply. 2 years later, we are getting random bills for a month's rental (?) of (presumably) the same wheelchair. (At least they finally stopped billing for monthly rental on the hospital bed mattress they told us to dispose of because they did not want it back.) Run away (do not walk) and find ANY other provider. Zero stars.
Horrible customer service and defective products. DME broke 3 times in 3 weeks. Refused to ever allow me to speak to a supervisor. They have 0 concerns for safety of the patient. They are useless and uninformed.
very ridiculous service supplies delivery was the worst Communication frustrating They can never find location when finaly delivered to facility after a week of my mom without safety equipment they called and then said she wasnt entitled to a shower chair After all that running around and stress Their equipment was unstable as far as shower chair was concerned would not have kept it any way
