We have visited the Chambersburg store several times and find the employees friendly and professional and extremely helpful. I had difficulty understand the process of getting a nebulizer where my doctor's office did not explain it to me but I called Dick's home care and the entire process was explained and I was able to obtain what I needed and continue to be serviced for any supplies I need. My husband has issues with his cpap machine and has always found their people knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure he understands and make sure he is up to date on what he needs. They call to check to be sure it is working out. I recently accompanied my husband to the store for him to pick up some supplies. I had forgotten to call and order what I needed but I mentioned it and their employee looked up my account and made sure I got the accessories I needed. Thank You Dick's home care. It isn't always easy to find such considerate and helpful people.

They delivered 3 empty tanks and I almost suffered another heart attack. No apology. Service is mediocre at best and customer service by clerks poor. If at all possible use another company. Dick's has very poor, old and outdated equipment. When they deliver! You never know if they will show up, and always have to call to schedule and confirm.

I called for information on renting a hospital bed. The staff was extremely friendly, respectful and beyond helpful! They answered my questions and delivered the bed that same morning. My husband and I would recommend this store and these fine people to anyone.
