This business is running a multi-layered scam. They charge insurance companies per contracted rate. They also charge clients market rates. They have zero business integrity. The owner, Randy Paulson, has zero concern for client relations or ethical business practices. His disregard for client relations or business ethics shows up in all layers of his corporation in the way his staff interacts with the clients.
