I would give them more stars because two of the employees are awesome! However, they are extremely slow in getting items ordered and rarely call to let you know when an item has arrived. When you call to check on the status of an order. Elle answers, she is the most miserable person to talk to! If you don't like customers asking questions maybe you should stay away from the phone!!! Her attitude stinks and is very unnecessary.
