The office end of this operation is abysmal. They scheduled me over top of another patient, thus resulting a call 1hr before the appointment to inform me they would not be able to see me at all. Prior to this incident, after waiting 2 weeks for them to file paperwork with my insurance I got a call that informed me I would have to get paperwork sent to them because they couldn't get anyone to send them what they needed when they called my primary physician. After all of this I was forced to take an appointment in Rockville to be seen before next month. After months of waiting for testing and diagnosis I finally got documentation for a cpap machine and a restful night of sleep, only to have to deal with the ineptitude of the office staff. After i receive my machine I will never again do business with Sleepmed and recommend others don't either.
My spouse goes to the Dr. & gets prescription for his machine/supplies. This place says they received the script & made appointment to come back to have it set up. Then today, he gets a voicemail from GA. saying he needs to call back. But, doesn't say what she needed. We try to call back & don't through . Eventually it says call back during reg hours. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Last time after playing phone tag & finally getting through they only asked if he wanted his supplies shipped! Here you have a patient that USES his equipment & take forever getting his necessary supplies.
