Apria Healthcare in Lakeland FL does not have a local phone number one can call to make appointments or consultations or ask questions. The phone numbers in their listing advertisements are to a national line - even the one with the local area code. What kind of business that services the public in a specific area doesn't have a phone number that their clients/patients can call to talk to them? And what kind of professionals make appointments with clients/patients and assure them that they will be the one to talk to them and then are not there when that appointment arrives? Unprofessional!
