I tried to obtain lancets and Strips from this company. The representative does not understand English or having difficulty to understand. I finally spoke Chinese with her, but she is still confusing what I really need. I told her I usual to order supplies from Wallgreen pharmacy, now I got a authorization to obtain supplies from Mini Pharmacy, then she repeated and told me exactly what I said and told me to get authorization from my insurance. Is she having difficulty to understand? either English or Chinese?

I've tried to get a refill on my Blood Glucose strips and keep getting a runaround from my telephone calls. Promises that they would contact my medical provider for authorization which must not happen, because I never receive the letter of approval and also never receive the needed test strips.
Also, Mini-Pharmacy has a Web site but no email address provided.
If my supplies not received next week, they will be discontinued as my supplier.
