I had a double lung transplant and I live in Sturgeon Bay, WI where Lyncare is my oxygen provider. Lyncare has just been my provider as a courtesy. Otherwise I would have have had to stay while other company verified new prescription etc.. There had been a little mix up but they brought me oxygen 2 hours later. Also, the men who orignal set up were so helpful. 2nd pick up and drop at hotel were still so helpful. I wish I could write more. If you find yourself in my shoes I suggest Lyncare for smooth transaction from hospital to hotel or life house.

This is undoubtedly the worse Lincare, and in general, the worst business i have ever dealt with. My suggestion is to find anywhere to go except here. They make appts. and don't show up (2 times) so if you need service look elsewhere these people are worthless and should not be in business at all.

Simply unbelievably bad service. I was a the owner of pharmacies for many years, and understand what is required of a medical service provider. Simply stated, their only focus is on your insurance company. They could care less about you as a patient.

I was transferred to this company from American Home Patient. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get my cpap equipment and have yet to receive it. I keep getting transferred from one dept. to the other. Very poor communication between supplier and home office.

I am a current patient of Lincare. I have been for several years. Although my needs are minimal, they provide very poor followup service. They do not call you regarding needs or supplies. When you do call them, most of the time I am told someone will be calling me back, but more often than not, the call is not returned. They came today and failed to check my backup tank. I went to use it, but it's not only empty, but also is missing the valve wrench.
